I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.  Membership is limited to attorneys who have won verdicts and settlements exceeding $1,000,000.00.  Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.  I began practicing law in 1997 and initially worked for a personal injury law firm in Phoenix.  In 2003, I started Zanes Law along with my wife Claudia.  Claudia, who is not a lawyer, brought the business expertise to the firm, which allowed me to focus on representing the firm's clients well because I did not have to worry about the business end of the practice.  Since 2004, I have represented thousands of personal injury clients on cases ranging from simple fender benders with minor injuries to wrongful death claims and catastrophic head injury accidents.  By working hard and continuing to fight against injustice, I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients. 

Currently, my time is spent managing the law firm's operations, which keeps me focused on managing the firm's cases along with the attorneys and legal staff.  By focusing on the legal end of the practice, I am able to make sure that we represent our clients well, that we provide exceptional customer service to our clients, that we maintain a high standard in everything that we do, and that we always work as a team to the benefit of our clients.  In short, my focus is to make sure that the entire firm sticks to the core values upon which this firm has been built.  I have always found great satisfaction in helping clients fight the injustice that they face after being hurt in an accident.  In addition, I speak fluent Spanish and take great pride in my ability to represent Spanish-speaking clients.

I am extremely proud of the fact that I am not an attorney.  Prior to starting Zanes Law with my husband Doug, who is an attorney, I had a successful career in advertising and sales.  I joined Doug in opening Zanes Law in 2003, and my extensive background in advertising, sales, marketing, and business have helped me to help grow Zanes Law into what is now one of the largest personal injury law firms in Southern Arizona.  I am passionate about the growth and success of this firm, and I am committed to helping build a firm that provides quality legal services to our clients and opportunities to everyone who makes up our team.  Since its opening, the firm has expanded by adding a second location and ultimately moved into its own building. By planning, putting together a team of excellent support staff, and managing financial and physical resources, the firm operates at maximum capacity with hundreds of open cases at all times.

Currently, my time as the non-attorney CEO of Zanes Law is spent planning the future course of the company.  It is my job to foster the vision, growth, and profitability of the firm so that the attorneys and legal staff can focus on representing our clients well.  My foresight into the legal marketplace has allowed me to successfully manage the firm's financial resources in a way that allows the firm the freedom to independently finance complex litigation, which benefits both the firm and our clients.
