We currently are seeking an entry level Intake Attorney to be part of the Zanes Law Team. This Intake Attorney will be responsible for meeting with and signing up new clients who have contacted the firm. This is a highly visible position within the organization; therefore, a high degree of professionalism is a must. The Intake Attorney will report directly to the Zanes Law Chief Operations Officer

Associate Intake Attorney

 Major Areas of Responsibility

The Zanes Intake Attorney ensures that all potential new firm clients are able to speak with an attorney and get their legal questions answered. The Intake Attorney meets with all potential new clients and obtains all case information in order to properly evaluate the claim and determine if we are able to assist the potential new client. The Intake Attorney is also responsible for signing up all new clients whom the firm is able to help.

Skills and Demonstrated Abilities Required

Education and Experience

• Juris Doctrate Degree from an ABA approved law school;
• Current license to practice law in Arizona (we will not consider applicants on some type of probationary status);
• No experience necessary;
• Able to travel locally as needed;
• Spanish Speaking a Plus.
