Million Dollar Victories

A drunk driver ran a stop sign, injuring a 19-year-old delivery driver, his 21-year-old fianceé, and their nine-month-old daughter. The adults suffered soft tissue injuries and their daughter suffered a brain injury. The claim was brought against the at-fault drunk driver, two bars where he had been drinking, and a liquor store where he purchased liquor.

• $182,000 Victory - Our Client K.S. was injured when she was struck by a car while walking accross the street. All the insurance companies blamed K.S for the accident. The first law firm that she hired worked on her case for one year and then referred her to us. We resolved her claim for $182,000.00.
